CBD, or Cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in Cannabis (hemp) flower. CBD acts in different ways on different receptors than THC, the compound in Cannabis that makes people feel ‘high’. CBD flower is just hemp flower with high levels of CBD, which is what we specialize in selling on our site. CBD can have a therapeutic effect when consumed – CBD users frequently report a wide range of symptom relief. There is a much higher percentage of CBD compounds in hemp, which typically has a very low level of THC. More scientific research on CBD is needed with controlled trials, and we always encourage people to do their own research. In short, if you’re looking for noticeable effects without getting completely baked, try hemp flower!
The biggest concern currently with safety is buying unregulated CBD products with little information as to what is actually in them (like that bottle of ‘100% CBD oil’ at your local gas station). Federal and state governments, along with the FDA, are in the process of developing regulations to ensure safety. People should consult with a medical doctor before going all in on CBD because there are instances of negative interactions with other medications. Lone Star Flower only sells natural, organically grown flower with certified lab results so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Absolutely – all of our products are considered legal, hemp flower with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of less than or equal to 0.3% on a dry weight basis, consistent with federal law as identified in the 2018 Farm Bill and the Texas House Bill 1325. Texas has just passed recent hemp legislation and enacted new requirements through the Texas Hemp Program – we will be moving to 0.3% total THC flower within the next 60 days.
It’s possible but highly unlikely unless you’re an extremely heavy user. However, there are way too many variables for us to answer this question. The best advice we can provide is to purchase some inexpensive testing kits and monitor the results based on your usage so you can be aware and well prepared. Our flower is not THC free – it is compliant with the federal and state definitions of industrial hemp with a delta-9 THC level of less than or equal to 0.3%.
Not yet. Currently all of our flower comes from Oregon through wholesale vendors we’ve established relationships with. We’re in the planning stage of developing our own indoor growing operation to support our CBD lineup.

We love crypto and want to encourage use cases for all digital currency. We currently accept a wide range of coins/tokens. Coinbase is a great app to purchase and transfer a variety of cryptocurrency and just to get started with crypto in general.
If you don’t want to pay with cryptocurrency, select the ‘Send me an invoice’ option at checkout. We will send you an invoice via email with different payment options. You can use your debit/credit card to pay, we just have to process these types of transactions manually. We are currently researching different payment processors to include on the website, but getting approved for payment processing in this industry isn’t easy. Sorry for the hassle! Current payment options accepted via invoice: Paypal, Venmo, and Google Pay.
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Lone Star Flower. That being said, all of our sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we are pretty easy to work with and totally understand that things can happen. If you’re unhappy with the product for any reason, contact Jonathan (email@example.com) and explain the situation. We will work with you to come up with a solution.
We work hard to get all orders in the mail within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are expected to arrive within 2-4 days. A tracking number will be provided with your order.
All of our orders are first vacuum sealed and then placed in custom Mylar packaging to preserve quality and freshness while eliminating odor. We only ship with USPS – Priority Mail. Lab results and a letter to law enforcement are standard additions to every order.
